When called in we will perform an initial assessment of your property before returning with our trained terriers. We expect to despatch the majority of the rats on our first visit, but will agree on further regular visits until the infestation is under control, and the length between visits will increase. N.R.C. have lots of experience with regards to health and safety on chicken and pig farms. All overalls are boil washed prior to entering buildings and rubber boots are all disinfected. Gloves and masks are worn at all times, and we never wear the same clothing going from one farm to the next.

It is generally more time consuming than using terriers but very effective in certain situations where needed.

We can and do use poison if needed to comply with regulations, but it is basically kept to a minimum as we are fully confident we do not need it.
